Meilani's Fundraiser for Free Arts

Meilani, my inspired student, invaluable art assistant and dear friend has left us at the tender age of 19. In honor of the beautifully bright light she shone in life and through her artwork, I’ve made a silk scarf from one of her favorite art pieces, inspired by the work of artist Leah Bartholomew. 100% of the proceeds will go to Free Arts in Los Angeles. Free Arts uses art to restore hope, resiliency and self esteem in children in Los Angeles ages 5-18.
